|Recommended: YesGood Place For a College Student — I have lived at McCallum Highlands for about a year now and I am pleased with my experience here. If you don't get a reserved parking spot, it is pretty hard to find a spot after 10pm though. The gym, pool area, and spa are all pretty nice. I just wish there was more room in the gym because it does tend to get cramped if more than 3 people are there at once. I am a college student so this is a decent place for me right now, I can see myself living here for awhile.
|Recommended: YesRecommend it. more pros than cons. better than most apts out there — unless you have a reserved parking spot, do not expect to get a spot after 6pm inside the gates. the apartment comes with a washer and dryer in unit why don't more apartments do this also, the rates don't skyrocket like they do at other apartments when the lease is up for renewal. the walls are thin and the parking sucks but the community is safe and we have never had any issues with the main office or with maintenance. we recommend it

|Recommended: YesVery Good Place to Live — I have made McCallum Highlands my home for 8 years. Highlights are Very quiet, very little noise from rowdy neighbors or loud stereos. Great maintenance group, they are extremely responsive to fixing issues. Management is responsive and solid and haven't increased my rent too much over the years. Cons would be some disrespectful people who don't understand that reserved parking spots are for the people who pay for them, and people who are lazy and park in front of the mail boxes and block parking spaces because they are too lazy to park in an open space and walk an extra 10 feet. The pool area has been upgraded significantly but this is not a luxury complex. All in all this is a great complex if you are looking for good centrally located apartment where you can come home and relax to peace and quiet.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Raise a Family — Starting a new family can feel like a daunting experience, but these apartments are located in the perfect place between 2 day cares and a police department down the street. I rarely hear my neighbors and there s ZERO police activity.
