Community is relatively quiet, the only time I hear my neighbors is when they're in the hall way . Dog park is an added bonus Management and maintenance are straightforward and quick which is something I like. Definitely considering renewing my lease.

|Recommended: YesWe have had a great experience here — Other than that crazy construction phase... That was rough for parking and sleep. Once I almost got bricks thrown on my head while walking under a floor. He was very apologetic. I hope to find a community this quite and comfortable in Colorado
|Recommended: YesThe Life at McCallum Highlands — Great place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Not much to worry about. Only negative thing is the parking if you don't have a sticker to park under the shed and come home late at night from work or something your pretty much out of luck with close parking. That's the ONE negative everything else it's a great place to stay.

I chose it because it is decently priced, and because it is close to UTDallas, but not on the crappy part of McCallum Blvd. I think it is a nice place to live, and I have never had any problems with fellow residents or management.
