|Recommended: YesLiving here was great. — Living here was great. There were no bug problems, noise problems, and etc. The only concern I had was parking is open. Unless you purchase a covered spot then you'll have to walk far depending on where your apartment is located. If you are a night owl like myself then that can be pretty inconvenient after a long day at work. Make sure to just buy the parking spot. The maintenance crew were quick and very approachable.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I read reviews that the women in the office were mean rude on one apartment finding site. However, I quickly realized that was not the case. The staff has always been great to me whenever I had a question or concern. Only reason I'm moving is because I'm recently engaged and we are moving in together. We needed to find somewhere closer to the center of our commutes to work and unfortunately McCallum Highlands is too far out. I will recommend these apartments to my friends and family. Thank you for a great experience. I can't tell you how many other apartments turned me down just because of the color of my skin. It is great to know that some apartments have intrinsic values.
|Recommended: YesSafe and Comforting atmosphere — For the price this is not a bad place to live. Having a gated community is a plus. Highly suggest paying for covered parking if you get off work late, as parking can be scarce at night. There's quite a few individuals who have lived here for years, which really tells you how safe the complex is.
|Recommended: YesI Love It Here The property is managed by professional and friendly people. — I have never lived anywhere else that was this quiet. Neighbors are nice and helpful. The complex is very well maintained and the staff is always kind and very prompt with repairs when needed.

|Recommended: YesLove it — I really enjoy living here at Mccallum Highlands. Its pretty quiet for the most part and much better looking then the apartments closer to Coit and Mccallum. The only thing I do not like is the parking, If you don't have a covered parking spot then getting a spot in the gate after 9pm is pretty impossible and you have to park way in the back which I feel is unfair when I pay to live here. Other then the parking issue I enjoy calling this place home and the ladies in the office are very friendly and the maintenance is done quickly.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Apartments — Love the apartments, it's a great location and the staff is very friendly. Parking can be a pain at times, but isn't the worst I have experienced and isn't enough to detract from the overall great experience I have had living here for the last 5 years.
