Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dogs , 2 cats , 2 birds , 999 reptiles , 999 fishs , 2 small pets allowed.
Weight limits: 60 lbs per dog , 60 lbs per cat
Pet Types
We accept dogs and cats. Breed restrictions apply for dogs as follows: No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Bulldogs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and Bull Mastiffs. Large breeds are accepted under 60 lbs, must be spade and neutered. Limit two (2) animals per apartment. Pet deposits are $250.00 per pet with a one time $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. $20 monthly pet rent.
