|Recommended: YesGreat location, great price — This place is great for those who are single and just getting started. Located in a relatively quiet area with surrounding neighborhoods, it is as safe as you can get for the price. The residents are very polite and the staff is very helpful. They were great at accommodating my need for an apartment in a short period of time and are always willing to answer any questions I have.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live at a affordable price. — Let me start by saying how outstanding management has always been including maintenance. It is a great place to live, good area and affordable compared to nearby areas. My only complaint will be parking. There is NO space for additional parking. Other than that, I highly recommended.

|Recommended: YesBlessed — This place is actually one of the best apartments I have lived in. I was trying to move in to another apartment but were very bad at responding and their office was locked. You were not allowed to knock either on the door either, but here...same day I had to be out of my old apartment, they took me in and did everything extremely fast. I cried by how great they treated me. I only did a 3 month lease to hold me over while I found a house in this market and they still attended to me over and beyond. The ladies are very professional in the leasing office and I am just overwhelmed of how great they attended to me. If you look at the reviews on iphones maps, a picture of bugs show up BUT that is wrong of someone to do because the apartments are NOTHING like that. That means their was a lack of cleanliness the person had and should of used the services of pest control that is offered because I mean, we all pay for it right. Anyway 4 stars to this place
|Recommended: YesPretty Reasonable and Quaint — I think it's priced reasonably and there are a diverse range of apartments with many stylistic differences. Essentially these aren't box apartments, but ones with character and they project a sense of coziness..
|Recommended: YesGreat place — I moved here a little over a year ago, from across Georgia so I had to do everything over the phone management stuff was amazing and even after moving in everyone here has just been great would highly recommend for anyone coming in and or out of state
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartments at a fair rate — The apartments are nice, it's a clean and safe location and the staff are amazing. The dog park is a great place for my pup to run and to get some fresh air. Also I never have any issues with parking.

I am very happy I will move to these apartments soon, they are very comfortable in price and the place is beautiful, very quiet and I like it a lot, it has its security gate, the managers of the complex are very kind and helpful, thank you very much for the opportunity to reside in this community

|Recommended: YesLove it — I just moved into my new apartment yesterday and I absolutely love it The apartment is spacious and everything is as it should be. I love being on the second floor and parking isn't bad at all. I would recommend McCallum Highlands to anyone who is thinking about mpving to the community. The management team is amazing and prompt. I applied and was approved within less than 24 hours. The process was amazingly smooth and easy.
|Recommended: YesI am overall pleased with the living arrangements at McCullum Highland Apts — I would recommend anyone to live at Mc Cullum Highland Apts. It is a quite complex and the office staff has always been fair to me. The staff is professional and I believe go out of there way at times for there residents. I think you get your moneys worth on the cost of the rent to live there. They have a towing company that does not play around as it relates to parking. They are for sure overachievers......Outside of that I give it an A ....
